LOCAL TRAINING COURSE in Banyoles/ Spain

After the International Training Course in Palermo, the next challenge for MATCH partners was to organize and implement a Local Seminar. The aim of these Local Seminars was to coach a group of persons interested in being involved with the topics and activities of the project.
Attending sessions like Values in Sport, Role of the Coach or Inclusive Games combined with communication strategies and other topics during different days, the aim of the seminar was to prepare the group to recognize and put in practice sport activities as a tool for social inclusion. People from Banyoles with  different backgrounds shared participated in these sessions and also shared their own experiences and start organizing the next activities of the project. Apart of this, another goal was to empower themselves and to build a team to intervene as instructors in the following months.
Nice atmosphere, plural groups, interesting activities and new points of view could be a very short summary for these Local Seminars.
This is a short interview with the Sport Expert from Banyoles, Oriol J. to a participant in the Local Training course, Miquel Solis, to show how was the seminar developed, what his expectations were and what his experience was during and after the activity.
